Strategy for feeling calm and protected during Corona Virus and more

​Bonjour Royal Friends! 

I’d like to talk to you today about a strategy to help you feel calm, centered, and protected. This is an unsettling time to say the least, and many of us are filled with fear. But there is something we can do to calm ourselves! As we learn in the School of Practical Philosophy,”You are not your mind.” We don’t have to let our minds control us. I believe that our inner spark and our soul is connected to universal energy; our minds are just the software. We can reprogram our minds to promote inner peace and calm, and to feel protected. Here’s a fantastic breathing & image strategy that I absolutely love. It’s a very powerful way to soothe the runaway mind, especially when we are feeling fearful and vulnerable. I’ve used the two hands image many times in the past, especially when my mind is agitated and I need help sleeping. It’s a powerful protection image which was taught to me by my friend Fanny, who is now an angel in the sky.  She would be so happy to be helping you too! I added the breathing exercise, because breathing is a powerful calming practice. The two strategies together will calm and protect you!

If breathing is difficult, just do the imaging part, which is very powerful on its own!

1. Inhale slowly through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this four times. Then,
2. Imagine yourself being held in two big hands full of light.                                                                                  

There you have it! It’s that simple! Use this with love from the princess. Together we are strong. And yes, we are in this together.
