👑 Inside scoop on upcoming book…includes the teeny tiny funny blooper that’s holding things up!

As promised to my royal subscribers, I’m keeping you inside the royal happenings in my kingdom. I always do a deeper dive on my blog than I can on my other social media platforms….that’s what subscriptions are for! Today’s update is…an inside scoop on a small blooper that is holding up the publication of my next book!

I’ve been working on this book for a some time now. There were a couple of hiccups that slowed things down, but after a while things really got rolling. A few other projects intervened, art needed to be vetted and procured, and of course there was a big bale and a half of research. It was a very rewarding journey but it took some time.

Then when all is “finished” there’s editing, proofing, editing proofing…editing and proofing. And then some.

And one day….it’s ready to go! Except it isn’t. One little teeny tiny glitch is holding things up. It’s actually pretty funny! Except I feel like a Peugot that’s on high octane, rarin’ to go, ready to push the pedal to the metal…but my foot got stuck.

But I know better than to fret, because what need’s fixn’ is getting done. Fretting just slows things down and muddies the waters. Fretting kills clarity. And anyway, fretting is for guitars. So there’s your hidden positivity lesson in an about-to-happen book launch!
